JILL VAN GYN INTERVIEW:
What did you want to be when you grew up?
“I wanted to be a pilot for a while then I realized math was involved. Then I wanted to be a journalist or a humanitarian aid worker. I don't fly planes, but I do get to do a lot of writing and non-profit work through Fatso!”
What 2020 has taught you about your business, or being an entrepreneur in general?
“Remain adaptable and always be poised for change and upheaval. Dwelling on what could have been or what should have been is a killer. Process the change, accept that it is what it is, and pivot hard.”
Anything you want to say to “Women In Business”? Or those that aspire to start a business?
“Failure is part of the process. Small or big - there are always valuable takeaways and an opportunity to grow.”
